Log a meal in seconds
Take a photo, type a few words or just say it. Apple Intelligence suggests what's on the plate and estimates calories and nutrients, and you can edit every number. It can also read a nutrition label from a photo.
What you eat, what you take, and how you feel — in one place.

When you log a meal, Apple Intelligence on your iPhone suggests the ingredients and estimates the calories, protein, carbs and fat. Each estimate is marked Estimated.
Estimates can be wrong. A photo can't show portion sizes, oil or what's inside a sauce, so treat the numbers as a starting point, not a measurement.
You have the final say. Tap any number to correct it, remove an ingredient that isn't there, or add one that's missing. Your changes replace the estimate.

Record bloating, cramps, nausea, heartburn and other feelings, how bad they were, stool type on the Bristol scale, and notes. See them next to what you ate that day.
Keep a list of what you take and log a dose with one tap. Add a medication by photographing its label, then check the details against the packaging.
See FODMAP notes on your meals, run reintroduction challenges, and share a PDF report with your dietitian.
If you choose, symptoms can be saved to the Health app. Log a symptom by asking Siri or using Shortcuts.
Everything stays on your iPhone. There's no account, no server, no ads and no tracking. Nothing leaves the app unless you choose to share it. Read the privacy policy
